These Terms govern your use of MemoryNest. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MemoryNest. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
You own the photos, videos, and other content you share. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you and the members of your nests. You are responsible for the content you share and for having the right to share it.
You agree not to use MemoryNest to:
Nests are private, invite-only groups. Nest admins manage membership and may approve, remove, or invite members. Content you post in a nest is visible to that nest's members.
MemoryNest offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription that raises nest and member limits. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your app store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Existing nests at the time Premium launched remain free.
You may stop using MemoryNest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
MemoryNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copies of important photos and videos.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemoryNest and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
