MemoryNest ("we", "us") is a private space for families and friends to share photos and videos within invite-only groups ("nests"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Your photos, videos, and comments are private to the members of the nest you post them in. Media is stored privately and served only through expiring, access-checked links. We do not sell your data, and we do not show ads.
We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate MemoryNest — for example, hosting, authentication, storage, notifications, and payments. Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its function, and we choose partners that take data protection seriously.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your profile and the nests you created (including their content). You can also leave a nest or remove individual posts.
MemoryNest is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who shares photos of their family is responsible for that content.
Your privacy is at the heart of everything we build. MemoryNest is a private, invite-only space — your memories are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared outside your nest. We use our best efforts and strong, industry-standard safeguards — including encrypted connections and access-controlled, private media storage — to protect everything you trust us with.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
